Position: Account Executive Role - Remote Position
Syneos Health is seeking a skilled Account Executive for a fully remote role. This position focuses on client management and tactical execution aligned with healthcare marketing objectives.

In this capacity, you will serve as the main contact for customers, supporting the upper management teams while coordinating directly with project managers. You’ll guide day-to-day account activities and ensure alignment with customer expectations, utilizing your expertise in marketing and communications to provide valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Manager to adapt project plans

• Develop relationships to support customer business needs

• Assist in the creation and approval of project briefs

• Organize pre-kickoff meetings for incoming customer requests

• Manage customer budgets in partnership with planners

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in marketing

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Familiarity with US pharmaceutical guidelines preferred

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus

• Flexibility to accommodate West Coast working hours
