Marketing Manager
We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Trade Marketeer in the UK & Ireland team. Based in our Slough Head Office, you will lead and support the delivery of retail marketing strategies and campaigns to put outstanding toys into the hands of happy children.
Core Responsibilities- Local deployment of regionally created BTL Adult and Preschool campaigns ensuring they are fit for purpose and implemented through the line.
- Set the strategic trade marketing direction and planning for the eCommerce channel to achieve maximum brand and commercial impact.
- Mentor Assistant Trade Marketing Managers, ensuring they have the required toolkits to deliver campaign excellence in eCommerce planning, execution and innovation.
- Plan and design the retail media strategy for trade marketing and support the team to implement the plans.
- Manage a £2m+ budget, driving effective spend across themes and customers to achieve key marketing objectives with strong ROI.
- Evaluate key BTL campaign executions to ensure continuous improvement with strong commercial impact.
- Direct commercial experience in a trade marketing role, preferably at a high‑impact consumer goods company, delivering to major UK retailers.
- Thorough understanding of the eCommerce retail landscape and the strategic impact of all trade marketing activities.
- Extensive experience planning and implementing trade marketing campaigns, both offline and online, for third‑party retailers.
- Ability to lead, drive and deliver on multiple campaigns and activities simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with a proven track record of adapting to an evolving, dynamic environment.
- Detailed analytical and budget responsibility experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative approach with an ability to work with a wide range of partners and agencies.
