Brand & Creative Strategist

Position: Brand & Creative Strategist | Contract
We’re hiring a  Creative Strategist  for one of our DTC brands.

We’re looking for a  performance-driven Creative Strategist  to work on  paid social creatives  for the  US/UK market  .

This is a  remote contractor role  with a 2-month paid trial period  and the possibility to continue long term based on performance and fit.

We’re an ambitious team building and scaling DTC brands across international markets.
We move fast, test a lot, and care deeply about  performance, creative quality, customer psychology, and execution  .

We’re looking for someone who wants to  grow with the team long term  , take ownership, and help scale the brand in a serious, stable, and continuous way.

You’ll research the market, study customers and competitors, analyze winning ads, develop creative angles, write briefs/scripts, coordinate with editors/designers, review performance data, and help us create creatives that  profitably scale  .

Strong experience in  DTC, eCommerce, paid social, or creative strategy
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience developing creative strategy for  Meta, You Tube, Axon/App Lovin, and Tik Tok ads
Ability to turn performance data into new creative directions
5% of the monthly net profit  of the brand managed
~2-month paid trial period
~ Compensation can scale significantly based on brand performance
