Position overviewAs Client Success Manager, you’ll be at the front line, delivering best-in-class account management to help clients achieve their goals. You will retain and grow client businesses by identifying and implementing ICUC products and services that provide value. Collaborating with revenue, operations, and leadership teams, you’ll grow and retain your accounts in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Responsibilities- Account management with responsibility for major brands and/or Fortune 1000 companies, serving as primary client contact and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Grow long‑term value of assigned accounts.
- Deliver regular client reviews, status meetings and presentations while updating clients on new ICUC products and services.
- Advise clients on social media strategy in partnership with ICUC’s Strategy and Insights teams.
- Support the set‑up and implementation of social media projects as needed.
- Maintain Salesforce opportunities and projects, and work on proposals and SOWs.
- Collaborate with other client agencies – media, creative, PR, etc.
- Contribute to new business pitches.
- Work with senior management to shape ICUC’s strategic offering.
- Meet the retention target set at the start of each year.
- Support the growth department in hitting upsell targets.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through NPS surveys.
- Stay within allowable cost efficiency targets for all accounts.
- At least 3 years of social media management experience in an agency setting, working with enterprise clients.
- Proficient knowledge and hands‑on experience managing organic social media; paid social media strategies are highly regarded.
- Familiarity with community management, strategic planning, and reporting, preferred experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with engaging presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, adaptable to change in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent collaboration skills across departments and stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving ability with creative solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of current social media trends and industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams.
- Background in Social, Marketing, PR, Communications, or related fields; equivalent experience is considered.
- Willingness and ability to travel for onsite visits, with valid travel documents.
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check as part of the pre‑employment screening.
- Ability to use a desktop or laptop meeting minimum system requirements, ensuring efficiency in remote work.
- Access to high‑speed internet (minimum 30 mb/s) for online collaboration.
- Adequate headset/mic and webcam for virtual meetings.
- Fluency in English; additional languages considered an asset.

Salary range: $70k–$80k. Actual salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other benefits available to all permanent employees.
