About the role
We are looking for a Junior Category Product Manager to join the Category Marketing Beauty function within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, Beauty division, based in Milan.

You will develop and execute strategic product plans
You will manage your projects end-to-end, from concept ideation to launch, defining the communication and activation strategy
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback
You will innovate and enhance product features
You will monitor product performance and adapt strategies

Your Team
You will directly report to the Category Group Product Manager.
What Makes You a Great Fit

You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales or a related field
You have 6 months-1 year of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role
You are proficient in the Office suite, especially Excel
You have excellent knowledge of both Italian and English
You have proven collaboration skills
You have a strong sensitivity to the world of marketing and creativity
