Account Manager; Infuencer

Overview

We’re hiring an Account Manager, Influencer for North Strategic’s growing Influencer practice. Your role is to partner with clients to pursue innovative creative thinking, identify and leverage new trends, execute programs, and develop client relationships. You will tell the client’s story, drive ROI, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and support influencer communication deliverables to meet client objectives, acting as project lead under senior leaders on campaigns.
• Deliver strong client communications and account management.
• Plan and execute influencer advertising strategy and tactics.
• Build strategic influencer programs including partner selection, vetting, outreach, negotiation and contract management, creative briefing/reviews/edits, paid media integration, and analytics/reporting.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop influencer content.
• Apply content strategy implementation skills.
• Show superior understanding of the Canadian social media and influencer landscape and update the team on emerging trends.
• Design and manage social advertising strategies to support client campaigns; place and track ads across platforms such as Meta, X, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and others for insights.
• Write engaging social content with strong social‑writing skills.
• Manage social creative development, including production partners, creative specs, assets, and promotion plans.
• Coordinate with IAT partners to manage trafficking and content deployment.
• Build and manage strategic social‑influencer campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with other agency partners.
• Forecast budgets and invoice client accounts; support growth of existing client base.
• Promote an inclusive culture by coaching and mentoring team members.

• 4–6 years of experience in public relations with a focus on influencer space.
• Extensive experience in media relations, social media, event management, and influencer relations.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Meta, Instagram, X, Pinterest, etc.
• Passion for working with international brands.
• Post‑graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or related discipline.
• Track record of developing creative public relations strategies and programs.

Salary range: CAD $68 000–$75 000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
