Aboutthe Role
The Marketing Communications Executive shapes our internal and external communication. Working closely with the Head of Sales Enablement, you will bring structure, creativity and consistency to all messaging, ensuring clarity and impact across the business.
What matters here is mindset as much as experience. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for delivery, not just assisting with it.
Key Responsibilities- Turn business updates into clear, engaging stories that people actually read.
- Bring consistency and personality to internal and external communications.
- Write, edit and shape content across multiple channels and formats.
- Manage corporate communications and day‑to‑day messaging flow.
- Support PR activity and work with external agencies to amplify our voice.
- Create and shape social media and campaign communications with Marketing.
- Work closely with teams across the business to uncover stories worth telling.
- Coordinate communication projects from idea to delivery.
- Translate technical or complex information into human‑friendly language.
- Ensure all published content is aligned, accurate and on brand.
- Track communication impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support major business initiatives, change programmes and key moments.
- Experience in communications, PR or marketing communications.
- Strong writing instinct – you know when something feels right or wrong on the page.
- Confidence working with many stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Ability to simplify complexity without stripping meaning.
- Natural curiosity for how messaging influences behaviour and engagement.
- Experience measuring communication activity or campaign performance.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Hub Spot experience preferred.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break. The role offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week.
