Marketing Intern – Southeast Asia (Hybrid) Who we are

What you'll doSupport the APAC marketing team by assisting with event coordination, content development, email marketing, data management and a range of other activities. You will work with martech tools, maintain internal and external documents and collaborate with partners across the region.
The opportunity- Length: 12‑month work term, beginning as soon as possible.
- Full‑time paid internship:
Monday‑Friday, 38 hrs/week.
- Content review and brief development.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies on segment activities including global advertising planning, PR, product launches, events and reseller/channel campaigns.
- Learn and use martech such as CRM, CMS and project‑management platforms.
- Event administration: manage data for leads captured.
- Data administration: audit database accuracy and ensure data quality.
- Email marketing: assist with content contributions, proofreading and testing.
- Process workflows: support internal processes to raise brand and creative requests and approvals.
- Maintain all internal and external marketing documents and materials.
- Explore ways to improve existing processes such as document control and internal communications.
- Internal communications: coordinate and amplify internal announcements.
- Social media: assist with scheduling and editing content.
- Support marketing activities for the sales team to improve partner social/digital presence (co‑marketing programme).
- Maintain the departmental WIKI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills (any other language is a plus).
- Experience working or studying remotely, demonstrating independence, time‑management and proactive virtual communication.
- Highly organized, task‑oriented and self‑managed.
- Interest and willingness to learn about Geotab technology.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing.
- Good analytical skills.
- Technical competence using software programs, including Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Strong team player with ability to engage all levels of the organization.
- Proactivity in taking initiative and solving problems.
Hybrid model: you may work from home or our offices. A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps downstream and 10 Mbps upstream is required for remote work.
