Position: Ecommerce Manager (12 month FTC)
Location: Greater London

We’re IAG Loyalty and are looking for an Ecommerce Manager (12‑month fixed‑term contract) to lead the trading and optimisation of our retail e‑commerce channels across the Avios ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial performance of the Shop with Brands and Avios Shop propositions, delivering revenue, conversion and customer engagement targets.
  • Plan and execute trading activity, promotional campaigns and seasonal events to maximise commercial performance.
  • Manage onsite merchandising to ensure the right products, partners and offers are visible at the right time.
  • Use customer insight, behavioural data and performance metrics to continuously optimise the customer journey on desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product Owners and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Analyse trading performance and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and support testing plans to improve conversion, engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, repeat purchase and average order value through digital optimisation.
  • Collaborate with agile product teams to enhance e‑commerce capability and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing digital trading or e‑commerce performance within a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering against growth, revenue and conversion targets.
  • Experience developing and executing e‑commerce trading plans and promotional calendars.
  • Excellent understanding of digital merchandising principles and e‑commerce best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product, Marketing and cross‑functional teams in agile environments.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders and balancing commercial priorities.
  • Comfortable using data and financial forecasting to support trading decisions and investment opportunities.
  • A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Location & Working Arrangement

This role is based in our London office and follows the hybrid model called “The Blend”. You will spend at least two days per week in the office, with the remainder of the time working from home or, where necessary, from other company locations.
