Role Overview

The Programmatic Account Manager is a central role within Croud’s Programmatic team, responsible for the day‑to‑day management and execution of a portfolio of client accounts. The position requires analytical and creative skill, strong client service, and commercial acumen to drive growth for our clients and the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage day‑to‑day programmatic campaigns for key clients, ensuring performance optimisation and target attainment.
  • Manage client budgets with accurate pacing, financial hygiene and reporting of all client accounts.
  • Utilise DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager and other industry‑leading platforms for execution, measurement and optimisation.
  • Maintain programmatic best practice, monitor hygiene factors and ensure compliance across all accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive campaign reporting and measurement, delivering on‑time, accurate reports and insights.
  • Analyse data to identify key insights, trends and opportunities, sharing learnings with broader teams to drive performance.
  • Define scalable processes, stay current on new tools/market opportunities, and support the Croudie Network to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
  • Advocate for programmatic strategy, build strong client relationships, act as key point of contact and provide support to junior team members.
  • Collaborate across channel teams to integrate client strategy and service.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrable experience in programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP) across display and video.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical mindset.
  • Exceptional client service and commercial acumen.
  • Highly organised with multi‑tasking ability and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience delivering to deadlines and strong time‑management skills.
  • Passion for digital marketing and programmatic media.

Working Hours

Standard hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility as agreed in advance. Croud operates a hybrid model with a minimum of three days a week based in the London office.
