Join our vibrant team in Zurich as a Social Media Intern and be part of something extraordinary!

• You will support the creation of social media content, adapting it for specific channels in collaboration with the editorial and brand communications teams.
• You will assist with updating social media guidelines for internal and external partners.
• You will help monitor user engagement and contribute to community management across all channels.
• You will engage with our online communities by responding to comments and questions, fostering positive interactions.
• You will assist with updating the Digital Asset Management platform.
• You will support social media reporting and analytics.
• You will stay up to date on new digital technologies and social media trends, contributing ideas to optimize reach and engagement.

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• You have a first experience or strong personal interest in social media, whether through studies, personal projects or a previous internship.
• You are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere or equivalent) – hands‑on experience is a plus.
• You have a curiosity for social media tools and analytics (Brandwatch, Hootsuite or equivalent).
• You are rigorous, detail‑oriented and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• You are creative, proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. French or German is a valued asset.
