As the Head of Marketing for Virgin Bet in Cape Town, you will spearhead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness in the South African market. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative marketing leader with a passion for sports and a deep understanding of the betting industry to make a significant impact on our growth strategy.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the South African market, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
• Manage all aspects of the marketing mix, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, and sponsor ships.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and promotional strategies for new and existing products.
• Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing efforts and leverage resources effectively.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data‑driven insights to inform future strategies.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the online betting, gaming, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the South African market, including digital marketing trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
• Demonstrated expertise in multi‑channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and offline channels.
