Talent Pop App is looking for an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to manage the logistics and execution of our high-volume influencer initiatives. We need someone who can keep multiple projects moving forward without missing a beat.

You are the engine room of our influencer department. You’ll see campaigns through from the initial strategy phase to the final performance report. Your organizational skills will directly impact the success of our e-commerce partners and our overall growth.

• Strategy Execution:
  Develop influencer marketing plans that align with brand goals and KPIs.
• Sourcing:
  Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience.
• Coordination:
  Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
• Timeline Management:
  Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables.
• Quality Control:
  Review influencer content for brand identity and messaging alignment.
• Reporting:
  Use analytics tools to measure performance and generate insights.
• Team Support:
  Work with social media and paid marketing teams for campaign synergy.

• 1+ year of proven experience in influencer marketing and broader campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• A creative, passionate mindset for brand innovation.

Must have a personal PC/Laptop (
Intel i5 / 8GB RAM minimum
) and a reliable 25 Mbps internet connection.
