Head of Brand

Sleek is looking for a Head of Brand to be a radically innovative thinker who is allergic to vanity metrics and obsessed with outcomes. The role will focus on building a brand that SME owners trust, recommend and ask for by name across our key markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, United Kingdom).

Mission

Make Sleek the brand SME owners reach for first. Turn Sleek from “a company that handles the admin” into the brand small business owners trust, recommend and ask for by name.

Outcomes
  • Brand awareness & preference among SME owners in SG, HK, AU & UK up 20‑50% depending on the market.
  • A referral engine delivering 50 incremental new customers per month, directly or indirectly attributable to referral programs.
  • 100 incremental leads per month to Sleek from Social & Brand.
  • A Trustpilot score of 4.8.
  • Social audiences that actually engage: 40,000 Linked In followers across Sleek’s key markets, and 40,000 on Instagram or Facebook (including Sleek Communities).
Must‑Have Experience
  • 8‑12+ years in Growth or Marketing, with a clear track record of moving up to senior or leadership scope.
  • Proven success in scale‑ups or high‑growth start‑ups – experience building brand and demand in a fast‑moving, resource‑conscious environment.
  • A history of delivering measurable growth outcomes—pipeline, leads, acquisition or revenue you can point to and say “I drove that.”
  • Hands‑on ownership of a brand narrative and value proposition—defined positioning, sharpened ICP, and shipped the story across channels.
  • Comfort operating across brand and performance—treat brand as a growth lever, not a cost center.

    Own Sleek’s brand narrative and core value proposition end‑to‑end—sharpening ICP, strategic positioning, and the logic behind pricing and packaging.
  • Our reputation:
    Own how the world sees Sleek across Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Reddit; turn reviews from an afterthought into a competitive moat.
  • The referral engine:
    Build the program that turns our happiest clients into our best salesforce—at scale and measurably.
  • Social, branded and community:
    Grow our owned channels and Sleek Communities into genuine, engaged audiences, not superficial follower counts.
  • Creative & visual identity:
    Set the creative and visual bar for everything Sleek puts into the world across every marketing channel.
