Carewell is a fast-growing Swiss startup connecting healthcare institutions with the professionals they need - and giving those professionals back control over how, when, and where they work. Carewell won the 3 levels of Venture Kick (top-4%), has completed the first ever FIT Digital grand slam (top 1/∞%), and was the grand prize winner of the Prix Entreprendre Région Lausanne in 2025 (top-2%).
We build a platform & run a marketplace, and we're expanding fast across French- and German-speaking Switzerland as we help both sides mitigate the effects of the shortage of healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a sharp, bilingual Marketing Manager to own Carewell's marketing across German- and French-speaking Switzerland. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build strategies that bring the right healthcare professionals & institutions to Carewell - and make sure they actually convert. Your job is to make sure the right people hear our message, in the right language, at the right moment, in the most efficient way possible thanks to AI.
- Strategy & campaigns— Build the marketing strategy and run campaigns. Two languages, two regions, yours to shape.
- SEO/SEM— Own the search, organic and paid. The channel is wide open and the budget is there.
- Content & copy— Tell our story in a way healthcare professionals actually want to hear, in German and in French, across all of our channels (website, social, ads, print...).
- Analytics— Measure what matters, find creative ways to improve it. Your experiments, your conclusions, our full support.
- Sales support - Work together with sales to bring the right message to the right clients.
- Events— Bring clients together around content that matters to them. Once or twice a year, well done.
- 3+ years in marketing, owning strategy and execution — not just supporting someone else's.
- FR/DE, B2 minimum in both, one native (preference for German). You write copy in both, not just speak. Yes you can use AI, but we also need your taste to improve the output!
- Solid SEO/SEM skills. You've run it, read the data, iterated - and you’re ready to do that using some AI tools as well.
- An active AI user. Workflows built around AI-tools including for content and optimization, not just awareness of them.
- Curious, analytical, and sharp. You test things, learn fast, and iterate.
