Job SummaryJoin our boutique Pilates studio as a Marketing & Operations Intern to co‑create marketing campaigns, produce engaging content, and support daily operations while gaining hands‑on experience in brand development and customer service.
Responsibilities- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and the website to engage and grow the community
- Capture and edit photography and video content that reflects the studio’s energy and brand identity
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive studio environment
- Manage the booking system efficiently to support smooth studio operations
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
- Adapt to flexible work arrangements, including working from home one day per week after training
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, or Design
- Demonstrated passion for writing, storytelling, and content creation with a willingness to contribute ideas and learn
- Artistic skills in photography and video production, comfortable appearing in social media videos
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, sociable, and proactive attitude
- Organized, resourceful, and capable of problem‑solving in a dynamic environment
- Personal Instagram account with over 1,000 followers is a plus, indicating social media savvy
- Full‑time internship for 3 to 6 months
- Monthly allowance: $700 (Diploma) to $1,000 (Bachelor)
