Overview
Chiesi Group, an international biopharmaceutical company, is recruiting a temporary Global Commercial Effectiveness Manager (maternity leave replacement) to lead a data‑driven customer engagement strategy across brands, regions, and affiliates. The role is based in Parma, Italy (or affiliates in Europe) with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Lead global coordination of affiliates to define and execute the Customer Engagement Impact Plan (CEIP).

Define optimal channel mix using benchmarks, data, and customer insights.

Act as change agent within business units to accelerate omnichannel and digital marketing automation adoption.

Define and maintain performance metrics for digital and omnichannel initiatives; partner with analytics teams to evolve marketing mix ROI frameworks.

Monitor CEIP execution quality, identify gaps, and propose improvement opportunities.

Own global customer engagement data, leverage behavioral data and analytics to refine strategies.

Provide actionable insights on customer behaviours to regions and franchises.

Scout and evaluate new solutions for CEIP planning, tracking, and updates; contribute to roadmap for omnichannel and CRM evolution.

Act as reference point for CEIP within Global Commercial Excellence; collaborate with marketing, medical, commercial operations, IT, and data teams.

Support franchises and medical in customer planning, especially engagement model definition.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Omnichannel, or Customer Experience roles, preferably in pharma or healthcare.

Strong analytical background with ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Solid understanding of omnichannel go‑to‑market models, customer journey design, and engagement metrics.

Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms.

Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Excel; experience with digital marketing automation platforms.

Strong project‑management and prioritization skills.

Fluent English.

Hybrid working arrangement combining office presence and remote work.
