Client Development Events Coordinator

Position: Client Development Events Coordinator - Hybrid Role
Join Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP as a Client Development & Events Coordinator in vibrant Vancouver. Help facilitate community engagement and develop strong client relations through the hybrid role's diverse responsibilities.

As an entry-level coordinator, you will assist the Vancouver office’s Client Development team with marketing, events, and business strategies. Collaboration and multitasking are key, as you'll support the planning and execution of significant client-facing programs while building effective relationships within a highly regarded legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor client development projects and deadlines

• Organize workflows for marketing and event initiatives

• Manage logistics for on-site event setups and tracking

• Create marketing collateral to uphold firm standards

• Assist with partner meeting materials and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Education in marketing, communications, or a related field

• One to two years of experience in a coordination role

• Strong time-management and project skills

• Excellent attention to detail and communication

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
