Position: Online Sales and Marketing Officer
Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Location: Sharjah
Joining: Immediate / 15 days
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month
Responsibilities- Manage and update products on e‑commerce platforms, company website, and social media pages.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Whats App, e‑mail, website, and social media.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams regarding customer orders.
- Maintain records of online sales, customer databases, and order tracking.
- Monitor competitor pricing and current market trends.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns through social media and digital platforms.
- Create and publish promotional content including product posts, offers, banners, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers for marketing materials and product presentations.
- Improve brand awareness and customer engagement through creative marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and prepare reports.
- Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on the company website and online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product presentation online.
- Coordinate with IT teams or web developers for website updates and maintenance.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in online sales and digital marketing, preferably in furniture or retail industry.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to commute to Sharjah or plan to relocate before starting work.
