As the group scales its digital footprint, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead retail and online marketing initiatives, drive performance through paid digital campaigns, and grow our presence across marketplaces and social platforms.
Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager – Retail & Online will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across retail and e-commerce channels. This role requires a hands-on digital marketing expert with proven command of PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, social media marketing, and marketplace growth (Amazon.ae, Noon, and similar platforms), combined with strong retail marketing fundamentals to drive footfall, online conversion, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across retail stores and online channels (website, marketplaces, social commerce) aligned to revenue and brand-growth targets across the UAE and wider GCC markets.
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC and digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, You Tube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Tik Tok Ads to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Manage paid and organic social media marketing calendars, content strategy, and community engagement across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Own marketplace performance (Amazon.ae, Noon, and other relevant platforms) — listings optimization, advertising (sponsored ads), pricing strategy, reviews, and ranking.
- Drive retail marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials (POSM), seasonal campaigns, and trade marketing to support footfall and sell-through.
- Oversee website/e-commerce performance including SEO, on-site conversion rate optimization, merchandising, and landing page strategy in coordination with the e-commerce team.
- Manage CRM and email/SMS marketing programs, customer segmentation, loyalty initiatives, and retention campaigns to grow repeat purchase rate.
- Lead brand content and creative direction across digital and retail touchpoints, ensuring consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketplace analytics dashboards; translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient allocation and continuous optimization based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across retail and digital touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, new platforms, and emerging trends in the fragrance and beauty retail space, including GCC and international markets.
- Lead influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives to expand brand reach and drive online sales.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, marketplace account managers, PR partners, and external vendors.
- Plan and execute brand partnerships, sponsor ships, and event marketing to support brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Proven expertise in PPC and digital campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Tik Tok Ads (certifications preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with social media marketing strategy, content planning, and paid social campaign execution.
- Demonstrated experience growing brands on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon.ae, Noon, or similar GCC marketplaces).
