This role is crucial for aligning Farber’s brand strategy with customer insights. With at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, you will analyze customer behavior and create impactful messaging. You’ll actively partner with various departments to ensure our marketing efforts reflect the needs of our clients, helping Canadians navigate their debt crises effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize brand strategy and messaging frameworks
• Support brand governance and ensure strategic alignment
• Develop playbooks for implementing audience insights
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Champion insight-driven marketing initiatives across the organization
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in brand planning or related fields
• Strong understanding of audience insights and behavior
• Demonstrated ability to influence marketing direction
• Experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
