Senior Marketing Account Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Account Manager to help drive our clients’ online presence and engage with their target audiences. • Coordinate and manage a portfolio of client accounts for various marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales through various online channels including email, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Plan, assign and delegate tasks, providing comprehensive briefs for content writers and designers.
• Proofread and sense-check all content created for clients to ensure all output meets standards of TVG.
• Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations.
• Assist in the development of digital marketing materials such as landing pages, email templates, and ad creatives.
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.

• Conduct quarterly performance update meetings with clients.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with portfolio of clients to ensure all tasks are completed and outlined objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including web design and development, North East Network and Team Valley Printers) to create high-quality content for digital platforms, including but not limited to, website copywriting, blogs, social media, video content and email newsletters.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Social Pilot, Ahrefs etc.) and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation with regular reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Attend regular forums and stay on top of recent marketing industry trends.

• 3+ years proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
• Experience working on client accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
• The ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and optimise performance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience creating, managing and monitoring PPC and Meta advertising campaigns for a variety of clients, suggesting how to improve campaigns based on industry trends and client focus.
• Experience with graphic design and website tools (e.g., Adobe Express/Canva, Word Press) is a plus.
