Marketing Apprentice
Teach the foundations of retail marketing while supporting the Retail Marketing Manager and the Marketing Planning team. As a Marketing Apprentice you will organisation, planning and execution of best‑in‑class marketing campaigns, content and activations that drive sales and brand preference. Your responsibilities include supporting the delivery of marketing plans, assisting with administrative tasks, liaising with teams across the business, contributing ideas, supporting point‑of‑sale activity, and assisting with campaign reporting.
Responsibilities- Support the organisation and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including organising meetings and coordinating activity.
- Work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager on the execution of retail marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with teams across the business to gather and share information as needed.
- Contribute ideas and conduct research to support marketing briefs and activations.
- Support point‑of‑sale activity alongside Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Assist with campaign reporting, gathering data and insights from stakeholders.
- Grade 3 GCSE or above in English and Maths.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience developing presentations is desirable.
- Organisational and time‑management skills.
- Positive, pro‑active, willing‑to‑help mindset.
- Curious, thoughtful, motivated to add value.
- Respectful and reliable, with good timing and trustworthiness.
- Good emotional intelligence and ability to interact positively with team members and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised.
• 2‑year fixed‑term contract starting September 2026
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Working hours are flexible—minimum of two days per week at the Cornwall head office and remote work within the UK
• Apprenticeship is Level 3 Business Administrator, supported by line manager and Training & Early Career Advisor
• Full‑time, temporary contract based in Cornwall
