What You’ll Be Doing:
80% Event Magic
Bring large-scale corporate events to life—from conferences to executive meetingsOwn the full event lifecycle: planning, budgeting, logistics, and executionCoordinate venues, vendors, travel, accommodations, and production detailsLead on-site event delivery (you’re the calm in the chaos)Build memorable experiences that people actually talk about afterwardAnalyze event success and constantly raise the bar20% Communications Brilliance
Create and deliver internal and external communications that are clear, polished, and on-brandCraft emails, newsletters, messaging, and event communicationsManage timelines and messaging calendars to keep everything on trackEnsure seamless bilingual communication (English & French) across all channelsWhat Makes You a Great Fit

We’re committed to offering competitive and fair compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $75, -$90, per year. Where you land within this range will depend on your skills, experience, and the expertise you bring to the role. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional proficiency and mastery may be considered for the higher end of the range, while those meeting core requirements typically start closer to the midpoint.
