About the Role
We are recruiting for a Brand Marketing Lead to deliver impactful brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive commercial performance, and create exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and long‑term brand positioning.
- Lead major campaigns, activations and events from concept to execution, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and messaging.
- Use customer insights and performance data to establish KPIs, optimise marketing activity and deliver measurable results.
- Drive the marketing strategy for Own Label categories, delivering commercially successful campaigns that strengthen engagement and awareness.
- Champion brand governance across the business, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied and embedded in key projects and initiatives.
You are an experienced brand marketing professional with a passion for customer‑centric strategies that deliver commercial success and long‑term brand value. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, confidently lead multiple projects and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and agency partners. You bring a strategic mindset combined with commercial awareness, inspire those around you, influence decision‑making and drive excellence across every stage of the marketing journey.
You are highly organised, adaptable and motivated by delivering impactful results.
- Significant experience within brand marketing, ideally in luxury, retail or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing external agencies to deliver complex marketing projects and campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, supported by a data‑driven approach to marketing strategy and decision‑making.
This role may be fully on‑site or a mix of on‑site and home working, referred to as ‘Hybrid’. The hybrid policy allows colleagues to work from home part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.
