The Job

As the Senior Brand & Content Manager, you and your reports will ensure Runway East’s story is memorable, compelling, and adds value to the world.

In business speak, you will be responsible for building our audience, helping launch sites, enabling our sales team with top-tier assets, and managing our brand.

You’ll have the support of a budget, a marketing exec, a pool of freelancers, 15 buildings and 8000+ collaboration-friendly members from some of the UK’s most exciting companies.

P.s we also have a top secret thing we can’t write about here. But if you like marketing brands with a real difference (who doesn’t) then you are in for a treat.

What you’ll be doing :
Building a Cult Brand

We think almost every company in the flex industry is delivering pretty mid content, including ourselves.

In the throes of a post-covid revolution in the way we work, we’ve been too busy to do much more than post the occasional picture of some desks. Your job is to fix that.

You’ll own the brand awareness and engagement strategy across all public channels (social media, email etc) with ‘top 1%’, social first content that cuts through and drives awareness, equity, engagement and leads. You’ll have budget, and junior contractors to deliver it.

Sales Enablement & Product Marketing

You’ll ensure we have beautiful assets throughout the customer journey - from being hit by beautiful photos and compelling case studies when you land on the website, through to perfectly crafted post-tour pitch decks.

Your team will also own the CMS, ensuring individual offices have the correct floor plans and photos associated with them, and generating office specific assets and emails as and when needed.

Freelancer Pool Management

You’ll manage 1–2 FT & PT junior contractors who will assist you in your role, along with a pool of freelance designers, copywriters and content creators.

You’ll also be responsible for the ‘content pool’ in the company - triaging and overseeing ad-hoc content requests from the CCO, Head of Growth or Exec team to ensure your team delivers them.

Campaign & Launch Management

When we launch new sites, you’ll pitch in - ensuring all digital and physical content touchpoints are ready on time and on brand. You will be responsible for the completion of content and assets on time, and driving impressions and leads for campaign content.

Brand Management

You’ll be the ‘keeper of the brand bible’ within the team – owning the brand guidelines, ensuring the RWE brand is consistent across touchpoints, and building and managing the process and systems to ensure this happens.

You know what good looks like for content - from product photography to copy to short form video - and how to get it made beautifully, effectively and efficiently.

Content Strategy (Brand + Product)

You understand what to say to buyers, and when to say it.

You have a clear grasp on content and marketing strategy and how to apply it throughout the marketing lifecycle, and can build and execute a content strategy from the ground up.
