Senior Social Creative

ACE is one of the most innovative branding agencies in the Netherlands, focusing on the intersection of culture and technology. This role centers on creating, accelerating, and innovating for iconic brands, mainly McDonald’s.

As a senior copy and concept creative working on McDonald’s, you will develop ideas, write, and produce content for everything from always‑on social to full‑scale campaigns and activations. You will operate under a Creative Lead, collaborate with strategy, account, and external partners, and bring concepts to life while maintaining quality and tone of voice.

• Develop and write creative concepts and copy for McDonald’s, focusing on social media, broader campaigns, and activations.
• Maintain and strengthen the brand’s tone of voice, knowing what works and what does not.
• Collaborate in teams or work independently from insight to output.
• Coordinate with strategy, account, and other partners to turn ideas into work.
• Present work clearly and persuasively, both internally and to clients.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of live work under tight deadlines.

• Minimum 6 years experience on the agency side.
• Passion and experience with concepting for social media and PR activations.
• Excellent grasp of trends and societal developments.
• Strong copy skills and the ability to articulate a creative stance.
• Proficiency in Dutch language.
• Availability for 32–40 hours per week and enthusiasm for a new challenge.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive in spotting and acting on opportunities, even if not fully defined.
