Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership — 40% Develop comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with B2B SaaS business goals Lead strategic client communications, monthly/quarterly reviews, and senior stakeholder conversations Create and present clear performance narratives that explain results, tradeoffs, risks, and next actions Turn data, rankings, traffic, pipeline, and conversion signals into practical SEO recommendations Push client conversations toward decisions, priorities, and committed next steps Drive innovation in AI-enhanced SEO strategies Client Success — 40% Manage and grow a portfolio of 3–5 B2B SaaS clients Build trust with senior marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and executive stakeholders Lead strategic planning sessions, performance reviews, and client calls with confidence Proactively identify risks, opportunities, blockers, and next steps before the client has to ask Own follow-through by making sure client conversations end with clear actions, owners, and timelines Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations in a way clients can understand and act on Technical Excellence — 20% Guide technical SEO implementation and optimization Identify technical, content, and authority-building opportunities that can improve organic performance Develop and optimize conversion-focused SEO funnels Integrate GA4, GTM, and reporting tools to generate useful performance insights Recommend and guide advanced schema markup strategies Prioritize SEO recommendations based on business impact, effort, and implementation realities Required Experience 3+ years of SEO experience, with at least 1 year focused on B2B SaaS Previous experience in a client-facing SEO strategy role where you owned client communication, not just execution Proven track record of driving organic growth for B2B or enterprise clients…
