Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for tourism and hospitality? We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive direct bookings, and grow occupancy for a luxury safari lodge portfolio.

Remote Position

Applicants should be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to grow occupancy and brand awareness

• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

• Produce content for email campaigns, blogs, and promotional material

• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics

• Conduct market research and analyse tourism trends

• Manage digital advertising and email marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with the reservations team to promote specials and packages

• Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, influencers, and media partners

• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing platforms

Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proven success in increasing accommodation occupancy and driving measurable sales growth

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, and online advertising

Experience with website content management and SEO

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Graphic design and video editing experience will be advantageous
