Company Description

Weshine is hiring for our client (Myecho), based in Australia, for a digital remote role. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across two rapidly expanding Australian healthcare businesses:
Echo – Australia's growing professional networking and education platform built exclusively for allied health professionals. Global Rehabilitation Service (GRS) – An established multidisciplinary allied health provider operating across Australia. The role will primarily be employed through Echo, while also supporting GRS and selected allied health clients with digital marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimise website structure, page content, metadata and internal linking.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Produce monthly SEO reports with recommendations.
Website Management
  • Regularly update company websites using Word Press or similar CMS platforms.
  • Create and publish landing pages for campaigns.
  • Ensure websites remain current, user-friendly and optimised for conversions.
  • Coordinate with developers when technical improvements are required.
Content & Social Media
  • Plan and schedule regular social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging posts that promote allied health services, educational content and company updates.
  • Repurpose articles, podcasts and videos into social media content.
  • Assist with content calendars and marketing campaigns.
Marketing Support
  • Support digital marketing campaigns for Echo, GRS and future healthcare clients.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Monitor website and social media analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online engagement and lead generation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing Word Press websites (or similar CMS).
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
We will prioritise candidates who have experience with
  • Marketing for allied health, healthcare or medical businesses.
  • Australian healthcare or allied health industries.
  • Content marketing and copywriting.
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video editing (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Canva AI.
You’ll be working on (examples of projects include)
  • Improving Google rankings for allied health clinics.
  • Updating websites with new services and clinician profiles.
  • Creating educational content for healthcare professionals.
  • Growing engagement across social media channels.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns for Australian healthcare businesses.
  • Helping build Echo into Australia's leading online community for allied health professionals.
