As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Helpling APAC, you will support day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In. You will assist in planning and publishing content, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community through comments and direct messages. The role includes helping analyze performance metrics, monitoring trends, and proposing ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
You will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align social content with ongoing campaigns and promotions. This is an internship role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including basic familiarity with major social platforms and content formats.
- Foundational knowledge in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with interest in campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Strong Communication skills, with clear written and spoken English and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Comfort using social media management tools or willingness to learn (e.g., scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools).
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in startups, online platforms, or the home services industry; prior internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing is an advantage.
