About the Role
We’re looking for a Franchise Marketing Manager to own the marketing success of a portfolio of franchisees. In this role, you will act as the primary marketing partner and advisor to franchise owners: guiding strategy, coordinating execution with internal specialists (PPC, SEO, social), and driving measurable results in each local market.
This is a client-facing, performance-driven role that combines marketing strategy, account management, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow marketing performance for a portfolio of franchise locations
Act as the main point of contact for franchisees on all marketing-related topics
Develop localized marketing strategies aligned with company standards
Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, social media) to execute campaigns
Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendationsli>
Build strong relationships with franchisees and understand their business goals
Identify opportunities for growth and proactively suggest new initiatives
Share best practices and successful strategies across the franchise network
Report on performance, insights, and risks to the Marketing Director

Marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and on time
Strong, trusted relationships with franchise partners
Clear, data-driven communication and reporting
Continuous improvement across accounts
What We’re Looking For
Experience
3+ years in marketing, account management, or client-facing roles
Experience in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, paid social, or similar)
Agency or multi-location/franchise experience is a strong asset
Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
PLEASE NOTE:
This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC. Candidates must be located in the Greater Vancouver Area and able to commute to the office several times per week.
