  • Manage regular publications and campaigns, ensuring clarity, accuracy and engagement across channels.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ask the right questions to uncover great stories, and tailor writing style to different audiences and channels.
  • Take ownership, challenge processes where needed, and balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
  • Support high-profile colleague events and coordinate communications activities as part of a cohesive strategy.
  • Work as part of the Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week in person, with flexibility for remote work when not on site.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in an internal communications environment; excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and adapt writing style for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Staffbase, Dotdigital) is advantageous.
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about creating communications that people notice, trust and engage with.
Benefits
  • 28 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, with optional annual leave purchase scheme of up to 5 days.
  • Enhanced paid maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
  • Generous pension scheme with employer contributions ranging from 6% to 14%, depending on length of service.
  • Flexible working options may be available depending on role.
  • Employee Assistance Programme providing confidential counselling, financial and legal advice.
  • Learning opportunities through courses delivered by learning specialists.
  • Opportunities to volunteer, travel loans, Cycle to Work, and more.
