About the roleAs a Senior Account Manager, you will partner closely with the Account Director to support the day-to-day management of a dynamic food/delivery service account. You will act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication, strategic alignment, and delivery excellence. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments where brand, culture and creativity intersect.
You will help drive business growth for both the client and the agency by delivering standout, social-first campaigns that are smart, impactful and award-worthy.
Pitch new client programmes, including writing and delivering presentations to clients and managing existing social campaigns.
Act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams to deliver world-class social media programmes, in collaboration with the Account Director.
Help build and direct the client’s communications campaigns to meet objectives and exceed expectations.
Manage day-to-day social media programmes to ensure high-quality output, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
Experience in an agency setting with consumer brands.
Experience managing complex, multi-channel talent-led campaigns.
Solutions-focused with creative problem-solving skills.
Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, documentation and briefs with high attention to detail.
Strong campaign reporting skills and confidence in client presentations.
Ability to build strong client relationships, foster trust and motivate the internal team.
Experience managing suppliers and partners to deliver high-quality work with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritise time and resources effectively.
Knowledge of popular culture and social media trends.
Effective communication at all levels, with strong written and verbal skills.
Highly organized with excellent administrative and time-management abilities.
