Position: Braze Consultant (Contract | Remote | 3–6 Months) Contract
Location: Old Toronto

Description:

This is a great opportunity for a junior-to-intermediate Braze Consultant (1–3 years of experience) with a strong background in customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations. The consultant will support campaign execution, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, reporting, and optimization initiatives within Braze.

Responsibilities:

Build, launch, and manage campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Support audience segmentation, customer journeys, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Perform day-to-day Braze platform administration and updates.

Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.

Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to execute customer engagement initiatives.

Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of hands-on Braze experience.

Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, customer data, and marketing automation.

Strong understanding of campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with gaming, mobile apps, or digital consumer platforms is considered an asset.
