Job Purpose

MGI Luxury Group, located in Bienne, Switzerland, is part of the international Movado Group, Inc. and manages a portfolio of luxury and fashion brands. The Digital Marketing Manager will strengthen brand presence, support customer engagement, and drive online sales across key retail platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon EU. The position spans campaign planning, content coordination, digital merchandising, full budget ownership, and performance analysis, and includes strategic oversight of marketing and e‑merchandising activities across selected Middle East e‑commerce channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define and implement digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives across Europe, with additional strategic oversight for the Middle East.
  • Hold full ownership of the annual digital marketing and e‑commerce budget across EU and ME, including planning, allocation, phasing, and in‑year optimization.
  • Translate broader marketing and commercial plans into clear digital, media, and marketplace priorities.
  • Shape strategies based on advertising performance and underlying retail performance to ensure commercial impact.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon advertising stakeholders, managing ongoing relationships and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across brand, product, and regional teams to align objectives and execution.
  • Share campaign results, performance insights, and strategic recommendations with higher management to support decision‑making.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across key retail platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand expression.
  • Coordinate digital content and marketplace activations that support brand storytelling, launches, and key commercial moments.
  • Ensure paid and organic initiatives work together to support visibility, engagement, and sales objectives.
  • Oversee e‑commerce marketplace presence, including product content, brand presentation, merchandising priorities, and seasonal activations.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem to guide content, merchandising, and campaign execution across marketplaces.
  • Monitor digital and e‑commerce performance across channels, balancing brand, media, and retail KPIs.
  • Analyze trends in traffic, engagement, and sales to inform optimization and future planning.
  • Use customer feedback, retail signals, and marketplace insights to continuously refine strategies and execution.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing, e‑commerce, and online retail trends, focusing on Amazon developments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, content quality, and marketplace execution.
  • Evolve approaches based on insights, market dynamics, and business priorities.
Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    5+ years in digital marketing and e‑commerce, ideally within a consumer, fashion, or retail‑driven environment; proven experience managing significant annual budgets and planning full‑year digital strategies.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon, including advertising, merchandising, and retail performance dynamics.
  • Skills:

    strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and e‑commerce merchandising; familiarity with Amazon marketplace fundamentals; ability to translate performance data into actionable insights; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tools: strong working knowledge of Excel; basic familiarity with Adobe Creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
