Field and Digital Events Manager Remote

Elevate Wing’s brand through effective event strategy as the Field and Digital Events Manager. This role is fully remote, focusing on engaging audiences at trade shows and digital webinars.

Wing’s M32 AI team is seeking a proactive individual with 2-4 years in event marketing. As the sole event hire, you will shape our presence at industry events while collaborating with sales and product teams. Creative autonomy is encouraged, making this an ideal role for those who excel in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend key industry events

• Negotiate contracts for booth space and sponsor ships

• Oversee every detail of event logistics

• Be the primary contact during all events

• Work with marketing to enhance event visibility

Requirements:

• Experience in event marketing or coordination

• Track record of managing event budgets

• Ability to set and report on performance KPIs

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

• Willing to travel extensively during event seasons
