This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Social Media based in Canada.

The role offers the opportunity to shape impactful social media strategies for leading B2B organizations across diverse industries. You will combine strategic thinking, creative execution, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled tools to deliver measurable campaign results. Working within a collaborative media environment, you will manage client-facing initiatives while contributing innovative ideas and data-driven recommendations. The position requires a balance of hands‑on campaign management, performance optimization, and strong stakeholder communication.

Accountabilities

As a Manager, Social Media, you will support the development and delivery of social media strategies that drive client success. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to create effective campaigns, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Create social media strategies, media plans, and budget recommendations to support campaign performance.
  • Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook, including optimization and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign results and transform performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of social media initiatives.
  • Monitor social channels, support community engagement, and manage content publishing activities.
  • Support influencer and ambassador programs, including communication and relationship management.
  • Bring proactive recommendations, creative ideas, and innovative approaches to client challenges.
  • Contribute to business development activities by providing social media expertise during client discussions and proposals.
  • Manage priorities effectively to deliver projects on time while maintaining high‑quality standards.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong social media expertise, analytical ability, and a client‑focused mindset. You should be comfortable balancing strategy and execution while working collaboratively in a fast‑moving agency environment.

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing social media channels, including Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook;
    Reddit experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising capabilities, and evolving digital trends.
  • Experience developing and optimizing paid social campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights through clear data storytelling.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to experiment with AI‑enabled tools while applying strong judgment to ensure accurate, strategic, and brand‑appropriate outputs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative, curious, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute positively within a team environment.
