Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time Digital Marketing Executive role based in Southend‑On‑Sea in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on‑site collaboration with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and create engaging web and marketing content aligned with client and agency goals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, using web analytics tools to optimize digital strategies, and contributing to brand positioning and messaging.
The role also involves coordinating with designers and developers, supporting client communication, preparing performance reports, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with teams and present ideas to clients.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create concise, engaging, and brand‑aligned copy for websites and digital channels.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, agency or client‑facing environments, and familiarity with major social media and advertising platforms is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, email marketing tools, and basic design principles is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a hybrid setting combining office and remote work.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
