Role Description

This is a full‑time Marketing and Communications Executive role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves planning and delivering marketing communications campaigns that promote Centre for Assessment’s certification services and training courses. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include creating and managing content for digital channels, preparing press releases, coordinating public relations activities, and overseeing social media marketing to build brand awareness and engagement.

The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, support event promotion, and monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations. The role also includes maintaining up‑to‑date marketing materials and contributing to the development of new initiatives that reach target audiences effectively.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Marketing Communications skills, including campaign planning and content creation.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Public Relations to manage media outreach and stakeholder engagement.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to develop, schedule, and optimise posts across key platforms.
  • Relevant experience in B2B marketing, professional services, or certification/assessment industries is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data‑informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency with common marketing and CRM tools, as well as basic design or layout skills, is an advantage.
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
