· TEAM has built a robust internship program designed to introduce driven, hard‑working students and young professionals to the sports and entertainment industry, and our company.
As an Experience Intern
, you will support the ideation, development, and execution of experience‑driven programs with some of Canada’s biggest and most impactful brands within the sports landscape. You will be exposed to aspects of event & hospitality project planning such as implementation, vendor negotiation/management and on‑site execution. Successful candidates will have an inclusive mindset with the flexibility to take on a range of responsibilities within a fast‑paced environment.
Critical to your success is the ability to self‑motivate in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
Hybrid work policy: you will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, in addition to remote working.
What You’ll Do- Contribute to the ideation and creative brainstorming process of our client projects
- Support the team with the logistics, planning and execution of events across Canada
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for both internal and external use
- Research vendor options, promotional products, and activation concepts
- Support the day‑to‑day relationship management with our clients
- Support with the development of pre and post‑event reports, including key learnings, insights, analysis, implications, and recommendations
- Go above and beyond to deliver best‑in‑class results and client service excellence

- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, with laser‑sharp attention to detail, time management and exceptional organizational skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities with deadlines
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High levels of professionalism, particularly in stressful situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficient with social media channels
- Experience in experiential marketing/events is an asset
- A knowledge and interest in sports and golf specifically is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and passport are considered an asset
