Remote working with travel to events (UK)

We’re looking for an Events Content & Production Manager to shape engaging, high‑quality conferences and flagship events for a professional membership audience. If you enjoy turning insight into compelling programmes and working with a wide range of contributors, this role offers real scope and variety.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing end‑to‑end event programmes across in‑person and virtual formats.
• Building a pipeline of content ideas through research, member insight and policy collaboration.
• Recruiting, briefing and supporting speakers - from contracting to rehearsals and on‑the‑day delivery.
• Leading production elements including AV scoping, show flows, stage directions and tech checks.
• Working closely with marketing to shape value propositions and event messaging.
• Identifying sponsorable content moments with business development while maintaining editorial integrity.
• Using feedback and data to refine content and improve delegate experience.

What you’ll bring

• Experience producing multi‑session conferences or events.
• Strong editorial judgement and confidence designing varied formats (keynotes, debates, round tables, masterclasses).
• Practical understanding of AV/technical production.
• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• A commitment to accessibility, inclusive design and diverse representation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple deadlines.
