In this role, you will support our marketing team in efficiently managing data, campaigns and processes. You will work closely with marketing and sales, ensure the quality of our CRM data, accompany digital campaigns and help to track and evaluate leads in a structured way.

At the same time, you will help to make our marketing activities measurable and efficient – from newsletter and email campaigns to reporting and the continuous optimization of tools and processes. The position offers you an ideal introduction to marketing operations, CRM systems and data-driven marketing.

• Support in planning, implementing and tracking digital campaigns
• Creation, dispatch and evaluation of newsletters and e-mail campaigns
• Preparation of marketing reports and KPI analyses
• Maintaining and ensuring data quality in CRM
• Collaboration in the optimization of marketing processes and tools
• Administrative support for the marketing team

• Completed training or studies in marketing, business administration, communication or comparable
• Interest in marketing operations, CRM systems and data-driven marketing
• Structured, careful and analytical way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality
