Account Executive - Retail Media

About The Role

Operational backbone for UK Retail Media campaign delivery, driving post‑contract excellence, client satisfaction, and seamless execution at Hello Fresh (UK). As the Account Executive – Retail Media (UK), you will be part of the UK Marketing Team based at our London office, owning the post‑contract lifecycle for UK campaigns and coordinating with Distribution Centres (DCs), procurement, and local and global Retail Media teams to ensure flawless execution.

• Manage post‑contract campaign operations:
  Own end‑to‑end execution of live Retail Media campaigns from contract sign‑off through delivery, post‑campaign reporting, and client sign‑off.
• Ensure all campaigns meet agreed SLAs and are delivered on time and on brief.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Distribution Centres (DCs), procurement, logistics, and global Retail Media operations teams to brief, book, and track physical and digital campaign assets.
• Handle inbound campaign requests, managing brief responses with the Senior Manager (Retail Media) and converting briefs into bookings.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Support reporting and insights: compile post‑campaign reports, track performance against KPIs, and identify operational improvements.
• Keep CRM (Hub Spot) up to date with campaign and client data.
• Contribute to process improvement: flag operational bottlenecks and support workflow refinement.

• 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, ad operations, account management or a similar role, preferably within Retail Media, digital advertising, or e‑commerce.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns or work streams simultaneously.
• Client‑facing experience, comfortable managing day‑to‑day communication with brand or agency contacts.
• Analytical foundation, comfortable working with data and able to identify insights and compile client‑ready summaries.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Hub Spot or similar).
• Experience with cross‑team campaigns or project delivery.
• Nice‑to‑have:
  Experience in eCommerce (CPG/FMCG), Retail Media, or digital advertising; familiarity with logistics of physical sampling, inserts or warehouse‑based campaign delivery; understanding of the Retail Media landscape in the UK market.
