Due to continued growth, we’re recruiting for a Head of Growth Marketing to join a fast-scaling fintech organisation that is disrupting a traditional market through innovative technology and a customer-first approach. Having achieved significant growth and secured substantial investment, they are now looking for a commercially focused growth leader to drive the next stage of their expansion.

THE HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING ROLE:

As Head of Growth Marketing, you will take ownership of the company’s performance marketing function, leading strategy, execution, budget management and team development. Paid Social will be your primary growth lever, whilst also overseeing Search and emerging acquisition channels.

You’ll manage substantial marketing budgets, drive scalable customer acquisition, build and develop a high-performing team, and work closely with senior leadership to translate performance insights into commercial decisions. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be expected to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.

HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience within Growth or Performance Marketing
  • Proven track record scaling performance marketing within a high-growth D2C or consumer-focused business
  • Experience managing and optimising 7-figure marketing budgets
  • Strong Paid Social expertise with a deep understanding of scalable acquisition strategies
  • Experience building, mentoring and leading performance marketing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with a data‑driven approach
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, low‑structure environments
  • Experience owning marketing performance and ROI targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills
