Our marketing‑first approach starts with understanding our customer needs. The Brand Sector Manager is the custodian and champion of the brands, driving clarity and coherence in how the brand is presented and experienced, ensuring it resonates with all customer types. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, this role is key for creating and managing brand positioning across products and sectors within the HVAC industry.
Location:
4 days in the office, 1 optional day working from home. 12‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover).
- Own the brand, driving clarity and coherence across products and sectors.
- Translate research insights into actions to create marketing and sales resources, adopting tone of voice and messaging across customer types and sectors; lead research and translation of value propositions and industry insights, and create & maintain toolkits.
- Develop brands, brand guidelines, and brand strategy in line with research findings.
- Lead campaign creation and management, including concepts, agency briefings, creation of resources, assets, digital, social, website, PR, naming protocols, and review of existing content online and offline, adapting it in line with customer types and sectors.
- Drive internal engagement by working closely with internal customers—marketing, product, sales, and channel teams—to ensure alignment with branding strategy and present campaigns and toolkits.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns, optimising brand health and performance across sectors.
- Maintain strict self‑imposed deadlines and work with the marketing team to ensure success.
- Create sales/marketing packs with key product information, consistent messaging, and terminology across channels.
- Own the avoidance of ambiguous terminology across all communications and ensure correct sign‑off for competencies.
- Customer‑centric with a creative mindset.
- Background in creative campaigns.
- Excellent multitasking and deadline‑driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious mindset, able to adopt and refine branding and representation strategies.
- Able to translate messages into creative content that aligns with company trademark behaviours.
