Join CFA Society Victoria as an Events Manager, enhancing the investment and finance community through well-organized events. This part-time, work-from-home role requires creative planning for fifteen events yearly in downtown Victoria.

Your role will cover coordinating all aspects of events, engaging with vendors, and managing event logistics effectively. You will prepare promotional materials while attending key in-person events. The position requires strong communication skills and is ideal for someone with prior event planning experience. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Constant Contact enhances your application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planning and coordination of Society events

• Create event marketing and communications content

• Collaborate with vendors, speakers, and volunteers

• Participate in select events in downtown Victoria

• Handle registration and logistics follow-up

Requirements:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven organization and time management skills

• Relevant experience in event/project management

• Confidence in working independently and meeting deadlines

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, and event tools
