Position: Senior Data Analyst (Marketing)
Marketing Data Analyst London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) - Up to £80,000 The Opportunity We're partnering with a leading global fintech organisation looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing analytics function. This is an exciting opportunity to work at scale, analysing high-impact marketing data and driving commercial decision-making in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll play a key role in shaping marketing strategy through insight generation, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels Deliver insights on acquisition, LTV, attribution, engagement, and retention Support segmentation and targeting strategies using data Partner with marketing teams to optimise campaign effectiveness Build automated dashboards and data pipelines for self-service reporting Act as the go-to expert for marketing data and performance insights What We're Looking For Strong background in data analytics Advanced SQL skills and experience building data pipelines (e.g. DBT, Airflow)

Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GTM, Braze, Appsflyer, Firebase) Proven experience running A/B tests and defining KPIs and attribution models Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
