New Gen is seeking a Social Strategy Lead to own the end‑to‑end social presence across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, X/Twitter, Reddit, and Discord. The role is remote or hybrid, requiring 10–15 hours weekly.
You will define platform roles, build processes, and ensure content is sharp, on‑brand, and platform‑native while guiding the creative team. You will lead weekly and monthly performance reporting, run experiments with clear hypotheses, and drive community‑first content across trends
