Job Summary
This administrative role is within the pricing and promotions teams. The core of the role involves creating store communication to ensure a strong store setup and supporting the trading team by reviewing how promotions are configured to trigger in-store. It is highly process driven and requires a strong attention to detail and effective communication.
Location:
East Croydon. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week from 9:00 to 17:30, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days from home and 3 days in office). Salary is competitive.
- Assist in creating, communicating and implementing the company promotional plans and pricing policy within prescribed timescales.
- Assist with the organisation and implementation of key short‑term promotions, ensuring accurate implementation and effective, consistent communication throughout the store.
- Provide quality service to stores on all price and product promotion related commercial activity.
- Work cross‑functionally to produce accurate communication documents to support in‑store implementation.
- Deliver accuracy in all in‑store customer communication.
- Work within agreed processes and timescales.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Undertake various administrative tasks for the role and support others within the marketing team where required.
- Undertake projects as and when required.
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to a deadline and prioritise workload.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data relating to pricing and converting to Euros.
